Risk Disclosure
Last updated: 2026-05-17
Investments are subject to market risk. Trading and investing in securities, derivatives, and crypto assets carries a substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire capital. Please read all related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
1. General Risk of Loss
Trading and investing in financial markets involves significant risk and is not suitable for every person. Prices of securities, derivatives, currencies, and crypto assets can move sharply and unpredictably due to economic, political, and market factors. You may lose some, all, or—in leveraged products—more than the capital you commit. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose, and you should consider seeking advice from an independent, qualified, and (where applicable) SEBI-registered professional before making any financial decision.
2. Bheem.Trade Is a Technology Platform — Not Advice
Bheem.Trade is a technology platform that provides charting, market analysis, strategy building, automation workflows, paper trading, backtesting, and AI-assisted research tools. It is important that you understand what Bheem.Trade is not:
- It is not investment advice and does not provide buy, sell, or hold recommendations;
- It is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst;
- It is not a stockbroker, exchange, clearing member, depository participant, or portfolio manager;
- It does not manage your money or guarantee any return, profit, or outcome.
Nothing displayed on the Platform—including signals, scores, AI agent output, screeners, or analytics—constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any instrument. All information is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
3. You Trade Through Your Own Broker
All trades are placed and executed through brokerage accounts that you own and control. Bheem.Trade does not hold your funds or securities and does not execute trades on its own account on your behalf. You are solely responsible for every trading and investment decision, for reviewing and confirming each order, and for the consequences of those decisions. Your relationship for execution, margin, and settlement is governed by your broker's terms and the rules of the relevant exchange and regulator.
4. Simulations, Backtests, and AI Agent Output
Paper trading, backtests, strategy simulations, and AI agent outputs are hypothetical and simulated. They do not represent real trades and do not account for actual market liquidity, execution latency, slippage, brokerage, taxes, or other costs and constraints. Simulated or historical performance has inherent limitations and is not indicative of future results. AI models are probabilistic, can produce errors or biased output, and must never be relied upon as a guarantee or as financial advice. You decide whether to act on any output, and you bear full responsibility for doing so.
5. Derivatives and Leverage Risk
Futures, options, and other derivatives are complex, leveraged instruments. A small adverse move in the underlying can result in losses far larger than your initial margin. Options can expire worthless, leading to a total loss of the premium paid; writing or shorting options exposes you to potentially unlimited losses. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses and can trigger margin calls and forced liquidation. Derivatives are not suitable for all investors. SEBI and exchange studies have shown that a large majority of individual derivatives traders incur net losses.
6. Crypto Asset Risk
Crypto assets are highly volatile, speculative, and largely unregulated. Their value can fall rapidly and may go to zero. Crypto markets trade continuously and can experience extreme price swings, low liquidity, exchange outages, custody and security failures, hacking, and fraud. The legal and tax treatment of crypto assets in India and other jurisdictions is evolving and may change adversely. You should only consider crypto exposure with capital you are fully prepared to lose.
7. Technology, Data, and Operational Risk
The Platform depends on internet connectivity, third-party data feeds, broker APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Outages, latency, software defects, or connectivity failures can affect the display of information and the placement of orders. Automated workflows and agents may behave unexpectedly. You should not rely solely on the Platform for time-critical decisions and should maintain alternative means of monitoring and managing your positions.
8. No Guarantee of Performance
Bheem.Trade makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that use of the Platform, any strategy, any signal, or any AI agent will be profitable or will not result in losses. Any examples, figures, or illustrations are for demonstration only and should not be interpreted as expected or typical results.
9. Your Responsibility
By using the Platform you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you accept full responsibility for your trading and investment decisions, and that Bheem.Trade is not liable for any trading losses you may incur. If you do not understand the risks described here, you should not trade until you do. This disclosure should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
